Add-On Services

Extended Day

Highlander Summer offers an extended morning and afternoon program that is designed to keep your child safe and active outside the regular scheduled program hours of 9:00a.m. – 3:30p.m. Our extended day services are located in the school cafeteria and provided at a weekly rate.

Morning Care

Campers and students enrolled in our Morning Care program may be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m. Mornings are fun with age-appropriate games and inside activities to energize and prepare campers for the day. At 8:45 a.m., campers are escorted to their designated meeting place to begin a day of fun-filled camp activities!

Afternoon Care

After camp ends, campers enrolled in Afternoon Care will be escorted to the cafeteria and may be picked-up as late as 5:30 p.m. Here campers will have fun outside, playing games and coloring inside, and have a moment to refuel with an extra snack. If you are running late, a charge of $1.00 per minute for every minute after 5:30 p.m. will be incurred and charged to your account.

Drop-In Care

Sometimes, your family’s  plans change unexpectedly in the morning or afternoon. If your child is not enrolled in Extended Day, we are happy to provide an “emergency drop-in” service when needed. Additional fees apply.

Children participating in our Extended Day program will be assigned to a lower camp group (PK-2nd) or an upper camp group (3rd-6th).

Lunch

The Tartan Café offers weekly lunch plans to students enrolled in full-day activities. Our café will offer an assortment of daily food choices such as chicken, pizza, macaroni and cheese, burgers, quesadillas, pasta, veggies, rice, beans, baked potatoes, and more! In addition to our hot lunch options, we offer freshly made salads and sandwiches, fresh fruit, snacks, and a variety of drinks. All meal plans must be purchased at the time of registration through our CampBrain registration portal. Lunch plans range between $40-$50 per week depending on grade level. Please note that the Tartan Café is not a “peanut-free environment”.

*Please note, lunch must be purchased at the time of registration.*
